The client: Developers who asked to turn the existing building into a travelers guesthouse in the Beautiful HaElla valley, 30min away from Jerusalem.

The existing building was originally planned as a hotel but due to lack of funds the construction was held back and it was sold to a mental institution company that runs it these days. It's located on the top of the hill overlooking the Ella valley.

The guide lines for the design was to plan warm welcoming spaces that encourage interactions between the guests.
There is an hierarchy of public areas that face each other and the outside.
The original amenities were reused and redesigned for contemporary standards: conference room; swimming pool; kitchens and more.
Approximately 200 beds in 60 guest rooms, which all of them get a great view and natural light.
